Welcome to the Courts & Ridges Lightning Swim Team Web Site
The Courts & Ridges Lightning are a neighborhood swim team, a member of the Old Dominion Swim League (ODSL) , and is open to all Courts & Ridges residents. Non-residents are accepted on a space-available basis.
Practices are held on weekday mornings and evenings throughout the summer. Swim meets are typically held on Wednesday evenings and Saturday mornings. Emphasis is on learning proper swim techniques, sportsmanship, and FUN!.
We are a competitive swim team where our number one goal is to improve the team members’ swimming skills, to provide every member the experience of participating in the swim meets, and to have fun!
