Lightning Swim Team General Information

The Courts and Ridges Lightning is a competitive swim program where our number one goal is to instill the enjoyment of swimming and team camaraderie in our swimmers. While having fun, kids will naturally improve stroke technique, performance times, and self-confidence.

The Lightning is a member of the Old Dominion Swim League (ODSL), http://www.odsl.net, consisting of neighborhood swim teams from Ashburn, Leesburg, Sterling, South Riding, and others. The swim team is open to children up to 18 years old who meet minimum swimming requirements. Practices are held daily during peak season. The Courts and Ridges pool is located at 20361 Susan Leslie Dive, Ashburn, VA.
