Swim Team Volunteer Sign-Up

Each family must volunteer for at least 4 swim meets as well as participate in setting before or cleaning after one home meet. It takes many parents to run a meet. Volunteers at each meet must cover the following assignments: age group coordinators, head timer, timers, runners, score clerk/recorder, and ribbon and label writers. Certification is needed to be stroke and turn and referee officials. At home meets, parents are also needed to set up, clean up, and work concessions.

Before each meet, the Volunteer Coordinator Louise Logue will verify volunteers and post the assignments to the team web site. PLEASE make sure to check your email before each meet. Louise’s email address is llogue22@hotmail.com if you have questions.

You will need to submit this form more than once in order to choose more than one volunteer job. Volunteers may only sign up for 2 concession spots, and then choose two additional volunteer positions, as well as either a set up or clean up option. Please note that you may not get your first choice.

We do not know yet how many volunteers we will be asked to provide for the relay carnival (7/20), the divisional meet (7/23), or the all star meet (7/30). We will ask for volunteers for these events once we know.
