Lightning Swim Team Sponsorship
The Courts and Ridges of Ashburn Lightning Swim Team would like to invite you to participate in sponsoring our team for the 2010 season. There are several sponsorship opportunities that will allow you or your company to reach out to the community and share the success of the Lightning Swim Team.
Your 2010 sponsorship will:
- help purchase and maintain equipment
- offset cost of registration, t-shirts, awards, and trophies
Sponsorship Options
GOLD Medal – ($350)
Your Company’s name and logo will be printed on the back of the team t-shirt. Your Company’s name and logo will be printed on the Team Banner. The Lightning Banner is prominently displayed at all home and away swim meets held throughout Loudoun County. Front page advertisement on the team home page with links to your website. Company business card and sponsorship type on “Our Sponsors” appreciation page on the website, and inclusion of your logo and sponsorship type in the Courts and Ridges Newsletter.
SILVER Medal – ($200)
Your Company’s name and logo will be printed on the Team Banner. The Lightning Banner is prominently displayed at all home and away swim meets held throughout Loudoun County. Front page advertisement on the team home page with a link to your website. Company business card and sponsorship type on “Our Sponsors” appreciation page on the website, and inclusion of your logo and sponsorship type in the Courts and Ridges Newsletter.
BRONZE Medal – ($100)
Company business card and sponsorship type on “Our Sponsors” appreciation page with a link to your website, and inclusion of your logo and sponsor ship type in the Courts and Ridges Newsletter.
Ad Artwork
It is the responsibility of the sponsor to provide suitable artwork for the Sponsorship option requested.
- Team Banner (.eps or .jpg preferred)
- T-Shirt (.eps or .jpg preferred)
- Front Page Ad on Courts and Ridges Web Site (140 pixels wide by 60 pixels high)
- Business Card Ad on 'Our Sponsors' page (270 pixels wide by 150 pixels high)
- Our Sponsors logo in the C&R Newsletter (max 3.25" wide x 2" high) - may be sized down depending on available room.
